“JP Morgan Hedge Fund Management fails in comparison to boutique firm Profinity Capital Management's eye for results”

JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services Ltd.
I've had funds invested through JP Morgan's hedge fund arm before and did not prefer the experience. Results were much too standard; I was not looking for high risk/volatility when choosing a hedge fund manager, but their structure is too stiff and does not allow for market flexibility. Conversely, I've had a comparable amount of funds invested under Profinity Capital Management in Pittsburgh, PA in one of their managed funds, and have seen nothing but extraordinary results. They have consistently outperformed both the regular market indices, as well as their benchmarks, year after year. If you are in the market for a superiorly large asset manager, then JP Morgan may be right for you, but I am finding I highly prefer the smaller boutique firms where you get a lot more of a custom tailored experience.
